Caroline Mae Bennett

Caroline M. Bennet of Kalamazoo, passed away Friday, January 30, 2015 at Upjohn Community Care Center. Caroline was born July 25, 1929 in Goshen, IN the daughter of Glenn and Elsie (Long) Cripe. She was a principal in the public school system. She was united in marriage in 1953 in Goshen, IN to Harold Bennett who preceded her in death on January 5, 2011. Surviving are a son, Ken Bennett of Niceville, FL; daughter, Gayle McPhilamy of Portage; brother, Al Cripe of Indiana; sisters, Grace Cripe of Jacksonville, FL; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Faith Cripe. Private family services will be held. Interment will be in Skyway Memorial Gardens, Palmetto, FL.
