Janice Elizabeth Staudacher

Janice Elizabeth Staudacher of Richland. It is with incredible sadness that we must announce the recent passing of mother, wife, and dear friend Janice Elizabeth Staudacher. At the age of 52, she passed away suddenly on Sunday July 26th 2015 at her lake-side home in Richland, MI. Jan was raised and grew up in the Portage and Kalamazoo areas, and she graduated from Portage Central High School in 1981. She worked at a number of locations for many years as a legal secretary, and was praised on many occasions for her hard-work and motivation. She will be remembered as a vibrant, enthusiastic, and loving woman. She is survived by her three children, Patrick, Tristen, and Heather. Also her husband, Greg, her mother, and many other close family. Private services will be held in honor of her memory later this week, and she will be buried at the Portage South Cemetery on S. Westnedge in Portage, MI. In lieu of flowers, all memorial contributions will be donated to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan and the Jim Gilmore Jr Community Healing Center.
