Morgan Anne Jusick

Morgan Anne Jusick of Paw Paw, MI passed away suddenly on Saturday, October 10, 2015. Morgan was born June 12, 1997 in Kalamazoo, MI. Morgan is the daughter of Kevin and Nancy Jusick and sister of Kyle Jusick. Morgan is also survived by her grandmother, Char Manion of Kalamazoo, MI, deceased grandparents Ted Manion of Kalamazoo, and Frank and Janice Jusick of Jackson, MI, Uncles Mark Manion and Tom Senn from Minneapolis, MN, Godparents Mark and Shelley Jusick (Aunt and Uncle) from Jackson, MI. Many other relatives include Cheri McDonald and family from Kalamazoo, MI, the Jusicks, LeFleurs and Brents from Jackson, MI, the Buskirks from Jacksonville, FL, Marcia Bieberich & the Fickes family, from Denver, CO, and the Westons and Crosbys from Minneapolis, MN, CO, CA and NM. Beautiful Morgan had many loves and passions. At the top of that list was her family and friends, soccer for 13 years, basketball for 6 years, cooking, scrapbooking and always giving generously of herself to help others. Morgan attended St. Augustine Catholic School, Portage Central Middle School followed by Portage Central High School, where she graduated in May 2015, and was attending Western Michigan University. Morgan most recently spoke of wanting to become a social worker to take her desire to serve the community to a new level. Morgan’s creativity was extraordinary when it came to cooking and she mastered many long standing family recipes that included the famous Manion chocolate chip cookies. They made the extended Jusick/Manion family happy for many holiday seasons. We ask that you pray for Morgan and her family and to remember her God given beauty and infectious smile. Westnedge Ave. Kalamazoo, MI 49008 (269) 343-6156 Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2015 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., with rosary at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Kalamazoo, MI at 11:00 a.m., Thursday Oct. 15, 2015 with Rev. Msgr. Michael Hazard & Rev. Joseph Xavier, Celebrants. The family welcomes everyone to a luncheon afterwards at St. Joseph Catholic Church Bennett Building.
