William I. Harris, Jr.

William I. Harris, Jr. passed away at Kairos Dwelling in Kalamazoo. William was born June 16, 1928 in Black Oak, AR the son of William and Gladys Harris. On September 3, 1949 in Dixie, AR he was united in marriage to Eva (Needham) Harris who preceded him in death in 2011 also preceding him in death was a step-son, Dewayne Needham. Surviving are one son Delvin (Julie) Harris, Schoolcraft; two daughters Julie (Chuck) Clayton, Bangor; Debbie (Raymond) Landon, Lithia Springs, GA. 12 Grandchildren & 34 Great-Grandchildren; four sisters, Berneda, Loretta, Rosemary, Erlene. Friends are being received Wednesday January 13, 2016 1-3pm & 5-7pm at Parchment Redmond Funeral Home, 2300 East "G" Ave. Parchment, MI 49004 (269) 349-7735 where services will be held Thursday at 1pm.
