Harry B. Hunt

Harry B. Hunt of Kalamazoo passed away Septembers 9, 2016 at home. Harry was born on September 27, 1918, the son of Harlo and Ave (Goold) Hunt. He was a graduate of Battle Creek High School, attended MSU but finished his education at Argubright Business College. He was a veteran of WWII having served as a Captain in the U.S. Army. Harry spent a number of years in sales in the food industry, 28 years at Kellogg in the Battle Creek Plant in Human resources. For 35 years Harry lived on Gull Lake where he enjoyed: boating, swimming and golf. Harry is survived by his wife Mary Ida whom he married June 1, 1943, three children: Marilyn & Arnold Sten of PA, Patricia & Bill Passey of Sandy UT and David & Christine Hunt of Kansas City, MO, 12 grandchildren, several great –grandchildren, several nieces & nephews. Friends will be received Wednesday September 14, 2016 at the Fountains at Bronson Place for a memorial service in the auditorium @ 2pm, Rev. James Dyke Officiating.
