Coy George Davison, III

Coy G. Davison, III of Portage passed away Friday November 18, 2016 at home. Coy was born March 31, 1962 in Kalamazoo the son of Coy and Darlene (Werner) Davison. He was employed as a supervisor for Spartan Paper Board and then Re Bro Paper Company. He enjoyed electronics especially computer repair and was an avid football fan. On July 9, 1994 in Portage Coy was united in marriage to Sherri L. Gleesing who survives. Also surviving is his mother Darlene & Russell Ingersoll of Portage; daughter, Jo-Dee (Michael) Lawson of Myrtle Beach, SC; three sons, Coy (Nichole Daly) Davison of Mattawan, Wesley (Kelly) Davison of Kalamazoo, Nicholas Davison of Portage; two sisters, Kathy VanDyke of Schoolcraft, Kitti (Paul) Goldberg of Vicksburg; brother, Kip (Stacy) Davison of Mattawan; eight grandchildren, Victoria, Layla, Aaliyah, Major, Jayda, Kayla, Ayva, Onyx. Friends are being received 10 am to 12 pm Saturday November 26, 2016, with a memorial service following at Noon at Redmond Funeral Home, 4100 S. Westnedge Ave. Kalamazoo, MI 49008 (269) 343-6156.
