Benjamine Gia Nguyen

Benjamine Gia Nguyen of Kalamazoo passed away Wednesday February 15, 2017 at home. Benjamine was born October 16, 1928 in Tieu Dong, Vietnam the son of Tuu Xuan and Dinh Thi (Tran) Nguyen. He was a member of Comstock Christian Reformed Church and enjoyed gardening and reading. Benjamine is survived by his wife, Thuong; children, Tina, Hoi, Mai, Vincent, Chuc, Lien, Kim Anh, and Thanh; 11 grandchildren; 2 sisters. He was preceded in death by his brother. Friends are being received 10-11am Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Redmond Funeral Home, 4100 S. Westnedge Ave. Kalamazoo, MI 49008 (269) 343-6156 where services will be held at 11am.
