Lael Lorraine Hahn

Passed away February 18, 2017 at Heartland Health Care Center. Lael was born in Newark, NJ on June 22, 1947, the daughter of Frederick and Eveanna (Meeker) Weir, both preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her son, Harry Hahn III. Lael is survived by her children Laura and Kenny Martin of Kalamazoo, her grandchildren; Brendan Schroeder, Kyle Martin, Lilionnah Hahn, Heaven Hahn, and Arlena Hahn, her sisters; Cindy (Pawlowski) Cadavero of NJ, Cathy Cicalese of NJ, her brother, Edmund Pawlowski of NJ, and her cousin, Tina Hornig of NJ.
