Allan Pearl Tyler

Passed away July 10, 2021 at home with his family supporting him. Allan was born in Kalamazoo on Dec. 28, 1951, the son of Allan P and Betty (Ronk) Tyler Sr. He was a veteran of the Marine Corp Having served in 1972 and 1973. He was employed for 44yrs by Kalamazoo Public Schools as: Custodian, Carpenter, Supervisor and Director of Facilities for last 20 years. Allan was preceded in death by a daughter: Jennifer Tyler and brother: David Tyler. Allan is survived by his daughters: Amy (Paul) Cook of Orlando, Melissa Tyler and Ashley Tyler both of Kalamazoo: 7 grandchildren: Justin, Joshua, Marty, Kaity, Siara, Zariana, Nadia, Several Great Grandchildren, Numerous stepchildren and step grandchildren, Siblings: Dan (Candi) Tyler of Portage, Anna (Michael) Moskalik of Parchment, Several Nieces & nephews. Friends will be received Thursday July 15, 2021, from 11 am until Service time at 12, noon at Freshwater Community Church Pastor Troy Gentz officiating. Luncheon will immediately follow the services at church. Memorials may be made to: Hospice S.W. Michigan, Freshwater Church or Paw Paw Veterinary Clinic.
