Anna Marie Followell

On the evening of January 17, 2024 Anna Marie (Lindner) Followell (95) was called home to be with the Lord. The world has lost a truly special, beautiful, kind and humble wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great- grandmother and friend to many. Heaven has gained an Angel.

Anna met Billy Followell and married in 1947 that was a love that lasted 76 years.

Anna was born in South Dakota to John and Mary Helen (Koechner) Lindner and raised in Advance, Missouri. She graduated from Advance High School in 1946. Anna was a member of St. Ambrose Church in Parchment, Michigan since 1956 and volunteered at both the church and Parchment Schools for many years. Anna was also an avid bowler and made many friends on leagues throughout the years.

Anna was preceded in death by three children, Patricia, Stanley, Ronald and Daughter-in-law Gerry as well as seven brothers, Eugene, Laverne, Charles, Jerome, Ralph, Leo and Marvin. She is survived by her husband Billy, eight children, Ken (Lynda) Jim, Larry, Mark (Susan), Carolyn (Shorty) Roberts, Nancy (Bill) Cross, Donna (David) Mott and Cecil, and Daughter-in-law Brenda Followell. Anna is also survived by two sisters, Dorothy (Joe) Hohler and Florence (Wayne) Patterson as well as many grandchildren.
