Donna Marilene Parham

Donna Marilene Parham, 94, of Climax passed away Friday December 29, 2023 at home. Donna was born June 29,1929 in Bloomingdale, the daughter of Wesley and Viona (Gates) Robart. She was a graduate of Bloomingdale High School and worked in the office at Petersons Spring Manufacturing and Standard Oil.  He life was dedicated to her family and the Lord.  Donna and her husband spent years helping in the children's ministries of all the churches they attended.  She was a member of Chapman Memorial Church of the Nazarene in Vicksburg. She enjoyed embroidering, reading, crafts, gardening, and the Dallas Cowboy's Football. On September 20, 1958, at the Bloomingdale Methodist Church, Donna was united in marriage to Joseph Parham, who preceded in death on September 7, 2017. Also preceding her in death are a son, Jim Baum; daughter, Jenny Balmer; brother, Orville Robart; three sisters, Jean Russell, Virginia Maier, Joanne Johnson. Surviving are three children, JoAnn (Jerry) Kurth, Joe (Debbie) Parham, Denise (Jerry) Amstutz; sister, Carol MacCartny, brothers John Robart and Donald Robart; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces & nephews. Friends will be received 10-11 am Wednesday January 3, 2024 at Chapman Memorial Church of the Nazarene in Vicksburg, where a service will follow at 11 am. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Bloomingdale. Memorial contributions may be made to Chapman Memorial Church of the Nazarene or Centrica Care Navigators Hospice.
