Etta Mae Ranger

Etta Mae Ranger 98 of Lawton, passed away peacefully at White Oaks Assisted Living November 17, 2020. Etta was born August 15, 1922 in Puxico, MO the daughter of Charles and Elnora (Henry) Burlison. She retired as a credit manager for Sears and volunteered at the Kalamazoo Recreation Dept. On April 19, 1940 in Battle Creek, Ella was united in marriage to Paul Ranger who preceded her in death on June 3, 2018. Also preceding her was her sister, Wilma Crawmer. Surviving are two children, Ivan (Sandra) Ranger of Battle Creek, (Paula) Jerry Schuman of Paw Paw; seven grandchildren, Mark (Gretchen) Schuman, Mindy (Russ) Weaver, Mickie (Mick) Naughton, Mandy (Jeff) Muller, Brian (Pamela) Ranger, Kevin Ranger, Ryan (Maria) Ranger; 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces & nephews. Private graveside services will be held in the spring at Ft. Custer National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to ASPCA.
