Harold Clifford Norrod, Jr.

Harold “Bud” Norrod, Jr. 63 of Kalamazoo passed away Sunday June 11, 2023 at Bronson Methodist Hospital. Bud was born January 6, 1960 in Shirley, MA the son of Harold and Barbara (Campbell) Norrod. He was formerly employed Celanese Chemical Company in Texas and enjoyed grilling, fishing and playing guitar. Surviving are five children, Becky Bommersbach, Lisa Taylor, Jason Norrod, Jessica, and Jamie Slaughter; brother, Richard Battles; four sisters, Linda Fish, Judy Boyd, Debbie Hester, Lori Henrich; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; girlfriend, Debra Broughman; several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Norrod. A celebration of Bud’s life will be planned for a later date. Arrangements by Redmond Funeral Home, Kalamazoo. www.redmondfuneralhomes.net
