John Eduard Hartmann

John E. Hartmann 70 of Kalamazoo passed away Thursday January 19, 2023 at Bronson Methodist Hospital. John was born February 14, 1952 in Germany the son of Robert and Elisabeth (Graf) Hartman. He graduated from Otsego High School and retired from Schupan & Sons in Kalamazoo. John enjoyed owning and working on street Rods. On July 28, 1973 in Kalamazoo John was united in marriage to the former Deborah E. Batey. Also surviving are two children, Mark hartmann and Neil (Sarah) Hartmann; three grandchildren, Zoe, Nathan, Ben Hartmann; sister, Diane (John) Stanfield. Cremation has taken place.
