John Kuziel

John J. Kuziel 99, of Kalamazoo passed away Sunday, October 25, 2020 at Ascension Borgess Hospital. John was born December 31, 1920 in Kalamazoo, the son of John and Anna (Korpiel) Kuziel. He was a graduate of Kalamazoo Central High School and Parsons Business College. John was a U.S. Army veteran serving in the 82nd Airborne during World War II. On June 25, 1947, John was united in marriage to Lillian (Davis) Kuziel in Kalamazoo who preceded him in death on December 1, 2008. Also preceding John in death are brothers Frank, Ed, and Walter Kuziel. John is survived by his three children, Marvin Kuziel of Autrain, Michigan, David Kuziel of Kalamazoo, and Peggy Dunten of Salem, Oregon; three grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews. A graveside service will be held at a later date at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warriors foundation. Funeral arrangements by Redmond Funeral Home.
