Lana Sue Speyrer

Lana Speyrer, of Kalamazoo, Michigan passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2017 while receiving care in Chicago, Illinois. Lana was born March 7, 1953 in Port Arthur, Texas the daughter of Clifton and Bertha Lee Breaux. She enjoyed holidays and spending time with her family and often wrote in her journal. She was also very strong in her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and prayed for her loved ones daily. Lana is survived by a son Jeromy Speyrer, and two daughters, Dominique Abrams and Jessica Blair. Also surviving are her sister Donna Gunn and four grandchildren Dillon, Jerrod, Jenna and James Blair Jr. Friends are being received 10 am to 12 pm Thursday June 8, 2017, with memorial service following at Noon at Redmond Funeral Home, 4100 S.
