Mark Donald MacCarron

Mark D. MacCarron 85 of Kalamazoo passed away Thursday March 31, 2022 at Story Point Assisted Living. Mark was born January 7, 1937 in Chicago, IL the son of Dorothy Carter. He retired as a tool & die maker from Elgin Sweeper Company, member of Parchment United Methodist Church, umpired Little League baseball, enjoyed woodworking, reading, fishing, jazz music, camping and baseball. On December 1, 1956 in New Buffalo Mark was united in marriage to the former Grace Keenan who survives. Also surviving are five children, Scott (Sheryl) MacCarron, Kevin (Kathy) MacCarron, Jeffrey (Kathy) MacCarron, Michael (Amy) MacCarron, Mark (Mayra) MacCarron; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received 1-2 pm Wednesday April 6, 2022 at Parchment United Methodist Church, where a memorial service will follow at 2 pm.
