Robert E. Dugan, Jr.

Robert E. Dugan, Jr. 60 of Kalamazoo passed away Friday August 26, 2022 at Ascension Borgess Hospital. Robert was born October 26, 1961 in Kalamazoo the son of Robert and Genevieve (Dauphinais) Dugan. He was a 1980 graduate of Parchment High School and a U.S. Army veteran. Robert was employed at General Motors and loved riding his Street Glide across the U.S. to visit friends and family at any chance he had. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and golfing. Surviving are two sons, Christopher (Carolyn) Dugan, Kevin (Kaylee) Dugan; mother, Genevieve Dugan; five grandchildren, Audrie, Korbin, Alivia, Landyn, Arabella; two brothers, Randall (Jane) Dugan, Matthew (Sherrie) Dugan; two sisters, Karen Schumacher, Annette (Steven) Lent; longtime friend, Scott “Shaggy” Henderson; host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Dugan, Sr.; brother-in-law, Wallace Schumacher. A memorial graveside service will be held 1 pm Saturday April 22, 2023 t East Cooper Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. www.redmondfuneralhomes.net
