Sonja Ray Burrell

Passed away at home surrounded by her family. Sonja was born in Kalamazoo, on November 16, 1942, the daughter of Orville and Fern (Ellard) Dell. She was employed as a care giving Home Health Aid. Sonja was preceded in death by  daughter Jamie Dawn Warren and  grandson Jamie Darrell Hill, son-in-law Darrell Hill. Surviving are two daughters: Jodie & Ricky Gouin of Delton and Kelly Hill of Kalamazoo, five grandchildren: Amber, Rickey, Bitani Gouin, Amber Meyers, Ashley Hill, 12 Great-Grandchildren, sisters Barbara & Richard Bennett of FL and Sandra Barton of NC, several nieces and nephews. Cremation has already taken place. There will be a celebration of life for family at Sonja's home on Mother's Day.
