Steven Engel Pavey

Pavey, Mr. Steven E. Kalamazoo, MI Steven passed away June 17, 2021. He was born in Kalamazoo on May 13, 1943, the son of George and Kathryn (Engel) Pavey. He was a retired Iron Worker from Austin Company in Portage. He was a member of the Agape Christian Church. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. On December 5, 1964 Steven married Dian (Woolsey) Pavey, who preceded him in death on February 20, 2006. Steven is survived by four children: Geoffrey & Denice Pavey of Grand Rapids, Julie Pavey of Kalamazoo, Jennifer & Chris Lowder of Charlotte NC, Joshua & Shawna Pavey of Marcellus, ten grandchildren, siblings: Bruce & Janet Pavey of Gaines MI, Dean Pavey of Paw Paw, Brian & Connie Pavey of Kalamazoo, and Kay Nedervelt of Mattawan, several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received June 28th at 9:00am to service time at 10:00am at the Agape Christian Church, 609 Cherokee St. Inurnment of cremains will be at Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the Agape Church Food Pantry or the Kalamazoo Gospel Mission.
